I was sorting through my digital folders on my computer and came across this which I made in 2011 trying to be creative for my blog at the time.  It never made it previously so thought that I would share now, some the great things that happened in the year that was 2011!!!

King Charles

A few Friday's Leanne and I went to a  gig in Stiff Kitten in Belfast.  We listened to Jessica Tonder, the amazing Runaway Go and last but certainly not least King Charles!

As you can see from above there wasn't many pictures taken! Unfortunately my iphone decided there was enough photos and videos in it's memory and did not want anymore! 

Concerts Galore

It really is the season for the concerts in Northern Ireland and I love it! If you had said to me 3 weeks ago how many concerts I had booked, my answer would have been one and that is King Charles next Friday evening.  However today is a completely different story,  I am not only going to 1 but 5 concerts and hopefully that will be added too as the weeks go on!! They include the amazing MUMFORD AND SONS, BEN HOWARD, THE LUMINEERS and the amazing KINGS OF LEON!!!!

For as long as I can remember I have saved my tickets for everything that I have been too and given a ticket for and i mean everything!!! Normally they were just put into my memory box and I was going to keep them there but them I had a brain wave of putting them into a photo album where I can write at the side, if I remember  who I was with etc.  It took a while at the start to sort through everything but I'm so glad that I did this and it's now very easy to maintain and great for looking through every so often.

Do you guys keep your tickets? Do you have a cool way of storing them? If so let me know

Bring On The Foo's

In honour of going to see the Foo Fighters tomorrow I have decided to share one of my favourite Foo's song on this fine Monday!!

I'm actually really excited to see The Black Keys playing too as I've heard great things about them so think of me tomorrow and may the sun be shining!!!!

Benjamin Francis Leftwich

I have been to see Benjamin Francis Leftwich twice and loved both gigs!! 

Listen to this acoustic video you will get a feel for what his gigs are like.  They are so intimate and quiet with  people sitting on the floor just to get close to hearing him.  

Go see this guy if you ever seeing coming to a town or city near you -  he's worth every penny!!!
