Purple Rain Purple Rain

In December my weekends we filling up quickly so I was sure to set a side a weekend for Chris and I to have Christmas Drinks in Belfast! We started in the Bear's Paw as it was always nice and quiet and eventually got into Irene and Nan's for a Fish Bowl full of Purple Rain Cocktail.

We did go to Spurs for dinner as there was no chance of getting into anywhere else that day and I wasn't impressed with it and unfortunately it's not on my list to return in 2014! I Don't know whether it was just a bad night or it was my own choices of food but it wasn't for me!

Before we left for our trip there was a lot of things that we wanted to do and a Broadway Show and a trip to The Dead Rabbit were up there! We booked First Date before we arrived so that we didn't have to waste time and queue for tickets. 

What Friday Nights Are Made Of!!

Deanes Deli Vin Cafe in Belfast was the location for a work night out on Friday night and what a great night it was filled with bubbles, cocktails, great food and great wine! I was very brave and tried Tempura of Hake with Malaysian Style Curry for mains, a delicious Chocolate Truffle Tart with Fresh Cream for dessert and all was washed down Prosecco, Apple and Elderflower Collins and Chez Deaneo!

Every so often my friends and I like to go out on what we call a 'Saturday / Sunday Session' and do a little bar crawl around Belfast.  These photos give you a little indication on how the day goes for us!!!
