Chris and I decided to have a little day out in Belfast over the Easter Break! We had lunch and teapots in Alley Cat which was really good. This was also the place that Chris and I had one of our first dates together so its always great to go back!! From Alley Cat we moved on to The National for more drinks and photos!!

It was a reasonably early night as we had to get the train back to Lisburn and I was kinda glad because for the life of me I cannot remember getting to the train station!!

Finding My Baking Groove

I found my baking mojo in April again and it was great!!! First on the list was Guinness Wheaten Bread for everyone to enjoy!!!

One Year Together Today

Finally got tickets to see Passenger in Belfast this November and I cannot wait!!! I wasn't lucky enough to get into Belfast last month when he was busking in Victoria Square but I seen pictures and it looked like a great session!!

The third and final instalment of my Christmas Swaps was arranged by the wonderful Rin of Papered Thoughts and was a lot of fun! It was hard at the start to know what to package up for my swap partner as it was a 'Happy New Year' theme but once I got going I couldn't stop!
